As far as I use this method, we should first have prior relevant experience, and rely on prior relevant experience to correct the calculation data. Under the condition of inaccurate prior related experience, the detection error is very large.



Especially after the promotion of pulse repair to eliminate vulcanization, the internal resistance of the battery drops significantly, which often leads to a large capacity of the detection battery, which is not so large in reality.

The fourth specific gravity is still unclear. The specific gravity of lead-acid batteries for different purposes is different, and the specific gravity is greatly affected by temperature.

Therefore, the problem is similar to that of measuring internal resistance, and the error is large without relevant experience. Regarding the battery in good condition, the specific gravity method can more accurately judge the capacity. But with regard to old batteries, it is not so accurate.



Different batteries have different specific gravity. Common open batteries include starter batteries and traction batteries. When the starter battery is new, the proportion is 1.28, and most of the traction battery is 1.28 (there were a few 1.265, which is rare in recent years).

If you want to know the capacity of this kind of battery more accurately, use the specific gravity method to repair the specific gravity (according to the temperature), and then know that the specific gravity drops by 0.01 and how much the battery is discharged-this varies from battery to battery.
